Limited Production 1/14th Scale Nike Hercules Pre-sale Event
February 24th, 2018 – In an effort to expand our product line and buy another new 3D printer we are having a pre-sale event on a brand new product. The kit is a BIG 1/14th scale Nike Hercules powered by a cluster of four 24mm motors in the booster to a single 24mm motor in the sustainer for full two staged flight capability. The booster is sized around four 29mm tubes and the sustainer main body is a BT-70. Once we get pre-order commitments for 40 kits at $100.00 a kit plus $20.00 shipping we’ll send all participants a PayPal invoice, collect the funds, purchase the new printer, filament and body tubing, and start fulfilling the orders as fast as the new printer can produce the kits. We should be able to print 3 kits a week so the total run will take approximately 13 weeks to complete from the date the new printer arrives. This pre-sale event is like a kick-starter for model rockets! Check out the photos below (click on them to supersize) then just email us at: email@example.com to let us know how many kits you are committing to purchase. Please tell all your flying buddies about the pre-sale so we can start producing this magnificent kit ASAP. If we don’t reach our goal of 40 kit commitments by April 1st we’ll have to postpone production of the kit until next year. After the first 40 kits are spoken for we will be taking backup commitments in case anyone backs out. Just to be clear there will only be 40 large Nike Hercules kits produced this year if we can reach our goal. The kit will include all ABS plastic printed parts, pre-cut body tubes and motor mounts, Kevlar shock cord and full instructions. The builder will need to provide glue, paint, parachutes and staging electronics. After you email us your verbal commitment we’ll let you know what kit numbers are assigned to you. If we reach our goal of 40 kits we’ll let you know when the new printer arrives and also keep you up to date on where we are in the production and shipping of the kits. Thank you in advance for your patronage.

New Product Release – Mercury Capsule for 3.90 Airframe
April 25th, 2016 – We finally finished design and testing on our Mercury Capsule kit in 1/17.5th scale. The tower which we originally planned on printing as one piece was way to brittle to survive the rigors of flight and landing. We had to go back to the drawing board and design the tower as an easy to assemble collection of horizontally printed parts. The parts are much stronger if they are printed in the long axis just like balsa fins are strongest depending on the grain direction. Anyway, its finished and has been test printed and assembled. THe instructions have been completed and its ready to go! Get yours now on our “Products” page.
New Product Release – Gemini Capsule for 3.90 Airframe

The shoulder is glued to the capsule section after any nose weight that is needed is inserted and secured into the mounting hole. You can find the Gemini Capsule Kit on our “Products” page.
New Upgrade Kit Release – SpaceX Falcon 9 Landing Legs and Grid Fins
March 19th, 2016 – With the assistance of J. Jason Wentworth (Alaska) Boyce Aerospace Hobbies is pleased to announce the release of a 3D printed upgrade parts kit for the SpaceX Falcon 9 flying model rocket kit. If you’ve seen the kit or have one you know it’s pretty cool except for two areas. The first is the first stage grid fins which are just printed on the model. Our kit supplies real 3D printed grid fins that can be glued on over the printed areas. Second the kit suppiies just some foam cutouts that simulate the folded landing legs. Again in our kit the legs are real 3D printed replica’s that are glued onto the model. The parts are all strong, light weight ABS prints that won’t hurt your rockets performance. To purchase your set today please visit our “Products” page.
